DIGITAL SOFT SKILLS OUTCOMES

Ensuring digital transformation

D2S@Ulysseus results in Higher Education Institutions’ preparedness for the global Digital Transformation. The project aims to answer the need to unlock the potential of digital technologies for learning and teaching and to develop digital skills for all with a special focus on teachers and students.

In order to enhance an effective digital education and training, D2S@Ulysseus will focus on achieving the following outputs:

  • Survey to identify teachers’ and students’ Digital Soft skills needs, to meet their digital needs and enhance student employability.
  • International Joint Soft Skills Catalogue for teachers and students, to facilitate their access to the digital training offer.
  • Online teachers’ and students’ self-assessment tools, so that learners can identify their digital skills for improvement.
  • Introductory MOOC on Digital Soft Skills for educators and for students, for them to understand the key issues related to digital skills.
  • 5 courses on Digital Soft skills for educators and for students, to learn new digital tools and strengthen their skills.
  • Digital Soft Skills and Education Guidelines, to widely disseminate good digital practices.
  • Ulysseus Digital Soft Skills passports leading to the creation of Open Badges, for the digital recognition of the skills developed.
  • Evaluation and report on courses implementation, to continuously improve the content of the courses and the impact on students and educators.
